SINGLE-SLIP DISSOLVABLE BRIDGE PLUG

Description

This dissolvable bridge plug is specifically designed for temporary zonal isolation during multistage fracturing operations in oil and gas well completions. It features rapid self-dissolution capability in wellbore fluids after use, eliminating the need for post-operation intervention. The plug is set using standard Baker 5#、10#、20# setting tools through a specialized adapter sub. During operation, the plug is pumped downhole to the predetermined depth where the setting tool's sleeve applies compressive force to anchor the plug. Upon successful setting, the shear-release mechanism disengages, allowing retrieval of the setting tool and adapter sub while leaving the dissolvable plug in place. This innovative design combines reliable isolation performance with operational efficiency, significantly reducing well completion time and costs.
