RHS RECOVERABLE HYDRAULIC SET HANGER PACKER

The RHS packer is specifically designed to increase reliability and improve all aspects of sand control operations. The rugged RHS packer is the core component of the Kelly’s Gravel Packing system, which is specifically designed for single trip gravel packing in deep, deviated, and horizontal wells.

The RHS packer is available in standard and large bore configuration, matching seal assembly ODs isolate intervals. The large bore design facilitates multiple completions in which the maximum OD lower production tubing pass through without any damaging to the seal bores.

All operations can be completed with pressure and vertical movement and do not require rotation. In case of failure of hydraulic releasing, setting too will be released by mechanical way.

The RHS packer are designed to be retrieved with straight pull by a special retrieving tool. These packers can be set on joint tubing or wire line.

These packers feature three-pieces of packing elements which have excellent sealing, and one piece of bidirectional slips that reduce the risk of loss when retrieving, these slips fixed below the slip cage for protection from debris fouling and scratching with casing.

The RHS packer is designed and tested in accordance with API 11D1 grade V2.
