WIRELINE RETRIEVABLE CIRCULATING VALVE

Description

The wireline retrievable circulation valve (also known as WLR circulation valve) can be run and pulled using standard wireline tools. It can be used in combination with a round or OVAL SPM for fluid or gas circulation from the casing annulus into the tubing, while protecting the SPM from erosion and damage during high-speed circulation. The default base material for this valve is 316L, and nickel based alloy materials such as MONEL and INCONEL can also be provided according to customer requirements.

Feature and Advantage

• Both ends are equipped with flow holes, which can achieve high flow circulation

• Should be used in conjunction with BEK-2 or RKP

• Built in one-way valve structure at both ends to prevent backflow from the tubing to the casing
