Description

The conventional injection pressure operated gas lift valve (also known as tubing-retrievable IPO) is a casing pressure operated gas lift valve that can be used in conjunction with a conventional gas lift mandrel for gas injection, exhaust, artificial gas lift production increase, and other operations. The default base material for this valve is 316L, and nickel based alloy materials such as MONEL and INCONEL can also be provided according to customer requirements.

Feature and Advantage

• 3-ply MONEL bellows in all valves that require them for optimum performance and durability

• Filling the bellows with silicon fluid protects the bellows from hydrostatic forces (pressure) in the well by forming a hydraulic barrier

• This silicon fluid also minimizes the vibrations and chattering which prevents the seat from any damage

• Tungsten Carbide or MONEL seat can be replaced easily for servicing

• The maximum travel stop feature eliminates the risk of bellow stacking

• Standard NPT thread

• Tubing retrievable

• Use below 302℉

Application

• Gas lift production
