Mechanical Firing Head

Mechanical Firing Head is used to activate tubing conveyed perforating systems. Firing Head is detonated by releasing a drop bar into the tubing from surface.

NOTE: Standard Drop Bars are used for wells up to 40° deviation. Deviations from 40° to 60° require a roller assisted bar to fire.
