Hydraulic Delay Firing System

Description

The hydraulic delay firing head is connected to the top of the perforating gun in order to initiate the gun. When the tubing adds pressure to the predetermined pressure value, the shear pins break and push the piston to move upward, and push the oil in the hydraulic cylinder into the bottom plug. The limit assembly structure can assure that after a certain time of delay, the steel ball is unlocked and the firing pin is unlocked to actuate the detonator, so as to initiate the booster assembly and the perforating gun.
