REZSV CEMENT RETAINER

Description

The REZSV cement plug is used for cementing operations and serves as a seal. The REZSV cement plug is equipped with a mechanically switchable valve that can control the bottom hole pressure before, during, and after the cementing operation. Although the seal of the plug is composed of rubber sleeves and metal and can withstand high pressure, the REZSV cement plug can also be smoothly drilled out after the operation.

The REZSV cement plug is applicable to a wide range of casing sizes, including 4 1/2"-13 3/8". They can be set by rotating the pipe string, by mechanical reciprocating motion (mechanical setting tool), or by pipe internal pressure setting (hydraulic setting tool). The REZSV cement plug can also be set by a wireline setting tool. Or for permanent sealing.

Note:

(1) Max. temperature for standard tools is 275℉(135℃). Higher temperature ratings 350℉(177℃) or 400℉(204℃) are available upon request.

(2) Standard tools are good for up to grade P110 casing. Carbide inserted slips for casing grade Q125 and above are available upon request.
