CEMENT THROUGH SIDE POCKET MANDREL

Description

The cement through side pocket mandrel is made up as an integral part of the production tubing when preparing a well for gas lift .The mandrel is used when cementing a production liner to provide a well bore completion in one trip. The mandrel components are designed to clean excess cement during final cement placement. Industry standard 1″ side pocket flow control devices will fit this mandrel. This mandrel is designed to be installed in deviated or straight hole wells. This mandrel is of a orienting sleeve and a discriminator. The materials of the cement through side pocket mandrel include L80、L80-13Cr、S13Cr-110KSI and INCONEL 718. The connection can be customized.
