Description
The conventional chemical injection valve (also known as a tubing-retrievable chemical injection valve) is used in conjunction with a conventional mandrel to control the injection amount of corrosion inhibitors (and other chemicals), in order to control corrosion in the well and treat the formation of paraffin, salt, or hydrates. The default base material for this valve is 316L, and nickel based alloy materials such as MONEL and INCONEL can also be provided according to customer requirements.
Feature and Advantage
• INCONEL power springs for high temperatures and corrosive agents
• The spring is available in any size depending on the pressure requirement
• Tungsten Carbide seat and ball can be replaced easily for servicing and ensures the highest resistance to abrasives, preserving the valves' life
• Setting tools allow for easy pressure adjustments
• The valve is not adversely affected by temperature due to its spring loaded design
• with the fundamental check valve to avert reverse flow from tubing to casing
• Standard NPT thread
• Use below 302℉
Application
• Chemical injection
