RHLR HYDRAULIC RETRIEVABLE PACKER (V0)

The RHLR packer is a hydraulically set, large-bore retrievable packer. This tool can be used in the completion operations of ultra-deep, high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas wells. It can be applied in both single packer completion operations and multiple packer completion operations. With a large bore, it can meet the requirements of large-volume acidizing and renovation in ultradeep wells.

The tool is retrieved by shearing the pins by pulling up, which greatly reduces the cost of later well servicing.

Features

• The cava - rubber cylinder - cava structure ensures a firm setting seal and can withstand bidirectional high pressure differences

• It is easy to lift and unseal

• It features a large-diameter design with an inner diameter close to that of a conventional permanent packer

• The card is equipped with a dust-proof mechanism to prevent debris from accumulating around the card and ensure the smooth recycling of the tool

• The multi-stage piston design ensures that the retaining wall and the rubber cylinder are fully compressed

• It has excellent gas sealing capability, with the sealing performance reaching up to 232℃/105MPa, which can be achieved at most API 11D1 V0 level

Application

• It is applicable to the completion operations of deep and ultra-deep Wells, and is used for various production and stimulation measures such as stratified oil recovery, stratified water injection, acidification, and fracturing
