The tubing disconnect tool is a tubing disconnection device that can be attached to packers that do not require mechanical tension or mechanical pressure to set. It can safely and reliably release without affecting the tubing string below. A locking groove and a smooth sealing inner hole can be designed on the insert mandrel, allowing a slickline plug to be set to completely separate from the tubing string below. It can be designed to release left-handed or right-handed and with a reamer, which can easily pass through debris in the well during recovery and safely and reliably reconnect.

The default setting for the release coupling is right-hand thread engagement and left-hand thread release. The profile and thread direction can be designed separately according to customer requirements.
