The C-Series Tubing-Retrievable Safety Valve is a flap valve specifically designed for work environments requiring high reliability and dust-proof performance. The valve body utilizes dualstage synchronous threads, reliably achieving Metal-to-Metal (M-T-M) sealing. An anti-dust V-ring assembly has been added within the hydraulic chamber, effectively preventing mud, sand, and dust from entering the interior of the safety valve and causing blockages or jamming, thereby enhancing its operational performance in harsh environments. Furthermore, certain models feature a compensating design with buffer Belleville springs integrated into the flow tube section. When the safety valve’s flap closes, the Belleville springs are in their relaxed state. When the safety valve’s flap opens, the flow tube and lower connection have already established a Metal-to-Metal seal. Simultaneously, the piston rod cannot achieve Metal-to-Metal sealing due to insufficient travel. At this point, the Belleville springs compensate for the piston rod’s travel limitation, thereby ensuring and improving the sealing effectiveness.
