Founded in July 2015, Chengdu Rock Petroleum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Rock Petroleum”) specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of oil and gas drilling and production equipment. Headquartered at No. 199 Huqiao Road, Industrial East Zone, Xindu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, with a registered capital of RMB 31.9 million, Rock Petroleum has evolved into a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, and global trading operations. Its products are widely applied across multiple segments of the oil and gas industry, including drilling, completion, cementing, logging, and gas lift operations. Rock Petroleum owns four subsidiaries: Rock Oil Tools, LLC (USA); Rock Oil Tools FZE LLC (Dubai); Shaanxi Rock Guangyuan Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd.; and Oak Global (Chengdu) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The company employs more than 200 staff, with 49% holding bachelor’s degrees or above and 26% dedicated to R&D. Core members of the management and technical teams come from leading domestic and international enterprises in the oil and gas and aerospace sectors, bringing deep industry expertise, extensive hands-on experience, a forward-looking mindset, and strong execution capabilities. For many years, Rock Petroleum has focused on the development and manufacturing of oil and gas well completion tools, gradually establishing three distinctive product portfolios centered on high-end perforating systems, upper completion tools, and artificial lift tools. In high-end perforating systems, the company conducts in-depth research on perforating technologies for shale oil, shale gas, and other unconventional resources, continuously expanding technological boundaries. In upper completion tools, Rock Petroleum focuses on the development of well control and flow control tools to enhance performance and reliability. Within artificial lift tools, the company actively advances the development of gas lift tools and chemical injection tools to meet diverse operational needs. Leveraging these three core product lines, Rock Petroleum delivers highly specialized and integrated completion solutions to its customers. In terms of technological innovation and commercialization, Rock Petroleum has obtained multiple patents in the fields of perforating and completion, highlighting its strong technical capabilities and innovation strength. The company has established a rigorous and comprehensive product standards and management system, and has successfully achieved API Spec Q1, Intellectual Property Management certification, as well as ISO certifications covering quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety. In addition, Rock Petroleum holds API 5CT, 11D1, 14A, 19AC, 14L, and 19G1 certifications, further validating the superior quality and strong industry recognition of its products.
